Armine Matevosyan Harutyunyan is a dedicated Chief Financial Officer specializing in the healthcare sector. With a degree in Finance and Economics, she brings over 20 years of experience in ABA contracting and finance for private companies. Armine has also played a key role in overseeing the Autism Network for the Medi-Cal population while working with government insurance companies, ensuring that vital services are accessible to those who need them.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Armine is happily married and a proud mother of two—her daughter, Sophia, and son, David. She enjoys traveling and exploring different cultures, particularly through their diverse cuisines. Armine believes that understanding the world around us enhances both personal and professional growth, making her a well-rounded leader in her field.

Ingrid Morales MS., BCBA

Ingrid is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Ingrid has dedicated her career to improving the lives of children and adults through evidence-based interventions.

After completing her education in behavior analysis at CSULA, Ingrid gained extensive experience working in clinical settings, honing her skills in behavior assessment, parent consultations, staff training, intervention planning, and implementation. Her commitment to ongoing learning and professional development has led her to stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in the field of ABA by attending national and international workshops, trainings, and research conferences.

Diana DeLeon M.S., BCBA

Regional Clinical Director

Diana De Leon, a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), has been creating meaningful change in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2019. She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis from National University and achieved her BCBA certification in 2022. As the Regional Clinical Director for the San Fernando Valley, Diana is committed to helping patients, families, and her team achieve their highest potential through evidence-based practices tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

Her experience includes home, community, and center-based settings, where she has provided effective behavioral support across diverse environments. Early intervention has been her focus though Diana has experience with children and teenagers of all ages. She applies research-backed methodologies while maintaining a strong emphasis on empathy and understanding. It’s been a privilege for Diana to be part of each family’s journey, working alongside them to overcome challenges, nurture growth, and reach meaningful goals.

Anessa Trujillo M.S., BCBA

Regional Clinical Director

Anessa is a Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). Anessa is dedicated to improving the lives of people using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and utilizes a compassionate approach to understanding others. Anessa completed her Masters of Science in ABA at CSULA in May of 2020 and became a BCBA in September of 2020.

Anessa has spent her career applying her knowledge of ABA principles, mentoring colleagues and providing support to her patients and their families to access the most individualized environment that suits their needs. Anessa continues to further her knowledge by attending conferences, seminars and trainings to provide the most current and ethical practices to her patients and families.
